my work
Many who knew me as a child saw my impaired right hand and severe asthma as limitations. For a while, I did too.
But I’ve always been too stubborn—and too curious—to sit still while the world moved on. I found ways around every barrier. And when there wasn’t a way, I made one. Sometimes that meant breaking rules. Sometimes it meant breaking expectations.
Today, I channel that same grit into storytelling—writing speculative fiction, screenplays, and personal essays that probe the edges of human resilience. My work spans novels like Iteration and No Light Between, the screenplay Burn, and a blog where I trace the strange corridors of thought, technology, and memory. Across them all, my focus is constant: the psychological fallout of our choices, the fragile bonds that tether us, and the cost of chasing progress—or survival—too far.
